eSight Energy has successfully upgraded its ISO 9001 accreditation to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard this year which not only benefits the company but its customers as well. The standard, set by the International Standards Organisation (ISO), is based on a number of quality management principles including strong customer focus, proactive leadership, process approach and continual improvement.
To earn this upgraded accreditation, eSight Energy continued to implement a quality management system in all areas of business, including: facilities, people, training, services, and departments, taking into account all interested parties. The benefits of achieving this upgraded standard include the consistency to provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory requirements, enhance customer satisfaction and to address risks and opportunities.
