eSight Energy has been named as one of the “Cleantech Growth 50” companies by KPMG and Cambridge Cleantech.
Unveiled at the Cambridge Cleantech Conference, the list is compiled based on a range of criteria including revenue growth, staffing levels and internationalisation, and recognises key players in the innovative and diverse cleantech sector.
Sue Duma, Managing Director of eSight Energy Ltd. commented, “It’s fantastic to be included in a group of such innovative and pioneering companies, and I look forward to seeing how we collectively have a positive impact the landscape of the energy sector in the coming years.”
Mark Prince of KPMG also comments “we have been delighted to work with Cambridge Cleantech in helping to compile the list of 50 growth companies. The growing importance of the Cleantech sector to our local economy and to the UK economy as a whole heralds a new industrial revolution that will enable strong economic growth, at a much lower environmental cost than in the past, thanks to the broad deployment of better, cleaner technologies.”
Cambridge Cleantech CEO, Martin Garratt added “we have supported many start-ups in the cleantech sector, but we also wish to provide support to the next generation of growth companies that are showing real potential and one of these might become the ‘next ARM’ of the Cambridge Cluster.”
